Amazing Piano Playing Stairs

This is an interesting video for those of us thinking around the
climate we create for learning. Is there something here about the fact people
are dynamic, engaging, sentient beings and that they jump at the chance to investigate
and will eagerly invest their time if the opportunity is there for them?

What about the question of leaders creating an environment and then letting
people define their own experience within that.

Daniel Pink provides concrete examples of how ‘intrinsic motivation’ functions works. This is a great video where Mr Pink shows how we’ve been conditioned to
think that the best way to motivate ourselves and others is through external rewards like money or fame, or by the fear of punishment - the carrot-and-stick approach.
He gives some great working examples, long video (41:22), but great information

This is another version that has been done in cartoon, it’s again very powerful and
shorter (10:48),and the visuals really help to get the point across.
