The fact that the business leader of today is being pulled and stretched like never before is not a new thing, this has been running directly in tandem with the lives that we are all living, I know my life has got quicker and increasingly full of economic, social and personal pressures in the last 5 years (which may well have something to do with reaching 40 years young).

Generation X was about rebellion and getting what was rightfully yours, Generation Y’s are a far more subtle group, not neccessarirly by design, but more by the fact they really just won’t play the same game, as a young lady I was coaching recently said, “to be honest guy if they don’t do the right thing then I’m not going to waste my life fighting the good fight, I’ll vote with my feet”.
